The United Arab Emirates is famous for many global architects but the Alder is the first glass construction in the Middle East. Alder is located in Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi. The height of the glass building is 110 meters (360 ft). It is a commercial office. In 2008 in a building purpose conference it was declared the ‘Best Futuristic Design’.
